Gloves are cut resistant but are not cut/puncture proof. Cut and slash resistant gloves are great for use in meat processing industry due to its “second skin” like fit, flexibility and exceptional durability. Stainless steel ambidextrous cut resistant gloves conform to ASTM F1790-97 and ANSI Level 5 standards. It is CFR 21 approved for food contact.
